Delivery countries and shipping costs

We deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Delivery is available to addresses supported at checkout.

Processing and estimated delivery

Estimated dispatch is 3–6 calendar days after ordering. Estimated total delivery is 7–10 calendar days after ordering, including processing and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; the product, destination, public holidays and customs processing can affect arrival. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Tracking and delivery support

Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched. Contact delano.dunnes@live.nl with your order number if your delivery is delayed, missing or damaged. We will investigate and explain the next steps.

Prices and import charges

Review the currency and order total before payment. Free shipping refers to the standard delivery charge; it does not itself establish whether import duties or taxes apply. For international shipments, contact us before ordering for any destination-specific import charges that are not already included in the displayed total. We remain responsible for taxes that we are legally required to collect.
